ClientTickler is the brain-child of Donna Gary.  In 1977, at age 17, Donna began her career in the legal arena as a copy clerk and court runner.  Through the years she worked from the copy and coffee machines to the top of administration.  In 1993, Donna started her first company, Legal Administrative Services, in Sacramento, California.  She now manages some of the top law firms in California.

"As founder and designer of ClientTickler, my plan was to take the simplicity of the old 4x6 index card tracking system and then add features that require the user to be aggressively  pro-active in planning and performing.  Through the years, I've observed 'passive' calendaring and task tracking systems that fail time and again – sometimes ending in great misfortune.  True task tracking software must be proactive.  In addition to being a log of historical data, it must engage the user and require them to act.  Through all of my years in management, I have observed that those who truly succeed are those who are engaged and driven to action.  I have designed ClientTickler to help the average business person harness the hallmarks of success -- continuous, engaged, client-focused interaction."
